[Bug 37704] K-Lite installer complains about regsvr32 version being wrong

I opened a bug to track this problem, patch is already sent to fix that version
check https://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-patches/2014-December/136126.html.

Not sure why they decided to check for that version at all to be honest.
