[Bug 4262] lineage 2 installer fails while it was reported as working for 0.9.3

Hi, i tried the installer but i can't reproduce this crash. For me the installer
 pops up a messagebox with exactly the same error as in bug 4263. Did you ,by
any chance, use any native dlls?
