[Bug 59123] Performance issues in Clickteam games

Got my hands on a friend's ivy bridge/terrascale 3 laptop. The performance drop
is identical on both gpu's there and to mine. It almost feels like amd
specifically either has a driver bug and/or is more affected because when I
fullscreened the window in the main menu, the fps dropped from 40 to 15(about
the same drop to my igpu), while only from about 25 to 17 on ivy bridge.
