Native cmd.exe from WinXP runs doskey.exe and fails.

Running native cmd.exe from WindowsXP gave me the error:
Call from 0x7b83bb1c to unimplemented function
KERNEL32.dll.GetConsoleAliasExesLengthW

while running the cmd command doskey.exe.
