[Bug 48983] softphone exe doesn't able to connect with the internet

i installed the exe again and set the environment variable WINEPREFIX to a
nonexistent directory. 

this still doesn't work.

i installed on my debian 10 wine5.0 and the exe works immediately.

but now i have the problem, if i call anyone he listen me but i dont listen
him.

i tried to change with winecfg the audio settings and set all the standards to
pulseaudio. but this was not the solution.

can you give me a clue were i can change the settings?
