[Bug 33576] Paint Tool SAI won't start

Sorry for the delay.

I tested the full patchset (0004 through 0006) with Wine 1.7.2, which was the
lastest version they would still apply to. After trying a clean rebuild of
Wine, as suggested, the patches seem to indeed fix the problem of the program
not starting.
