Yes: it can run on WINDOWS10 with wine9.0 with dotnet framework4.7.2
And it can run on wine / UBUNTU20.04 after I click the error tips window, the
result is that: CLR dll could not be loaded.
(As the CLR dll will be loaded as a plugin, And I set a try in code, to make
sure it can run when the CLR dll could not be loaded. so even it could not be
loaded, it can run on wine / UBUNTU 20.04)
