I was able to reproduce the exception in 9.0-rc3. The app is using the Electron framework, and on the basis that the exception code is EXCEPTION_BREAKPOINT, I suspect an assertion failure internal to the bundled Chromium.
For whatever reason, installing corefonts using winetricks seems to prevent the crash. I can run Zalo.exe and see a login window after I install the fonts.
