[Bug 14477] Installer of sins of solar empire is not copying any files at all

With the real game, all files that are copied with Wine 1.0-rc2, with exception
for d3dx9_36.dll, are copied with Wine 1.1.6. The missing dll results in black
screen and game not starting but that can be corrected with copying the same
dll to the game's installation directory and after that the game starts. Same
happens with demo version.
