[Bug 42989] Moving test result out of version does not change the rating for old version

Forgot to test that later, but indeed - adding a fate test with bronze rating
*did* reset the version rating back to bronze. Thank you for suggestion Olivier

The bug still exist, but at least there's a workaround that's working :) If
it's hard to get fixed, it would be nice if someone could acknowledge it
somewhere in wiki or notes as a known bug, so maintainers and admins can fix
the wrong rating with fake test submissions that will be removed afterwards.
