[Bug 50463] winetricks dotnet30sp1 fails to install XpsFilt.dll

The dll is installed if I comment out the 'w_call dotnet30' step. It turns out
that XPSEP installation is not needed on current Wine; dotnet30sp1 installs and
verifies successfully if I comment out that step. I'm not sure if it's worth
digging down further into dotnet30.
