2936f3f9bb Release 3.2.

Buffer Hack no longer needed but performance is still very poor on Nvidia.

Now I get ~15-20 FPS (max 30 when looking to sky), 40% GPU usage and almost all
time 2 CPU cores are at 100%.
1700X - GTX 1060.
