[Bug 39153] Tomb Raider last edition 2013 (Steam version) crashes while starting

I installed Wine 1.8rc2, disabled d3d11 like described, launch TR 2013 from
Steam Steam and now it launches normally.

Another way to force TR2013 to launch with Directx9 without disabled d3d11:
open regedit and change the render value of:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Crystal Dynamics\Tomb Raider\Graphics\render
0 to 9
