[Bug 19659] EverQuest 2: EQ2 Crashed shortly after entering game.

Problem still exists in 1.1.31.

Seems to be related to crafting stations as crash immediately occurs after
entering such a zone. Can provide WINEDEBUG=trace+d3d log file if needed.
