In Wine 11, Faststone is already working quite well. Unfortunately, unpleasant bug still remains: 1. Install and run FastStone 2. Open any folder with many images (at least 164 should be enough) 3. Press Enter for fullscreen mode 4. Move mouse to the top of the screen for top "preview list" window to appear 5. Try to use mouse wheel for scrolling. Nothing will happen 6.
