[Bug 42152] eFax Messenger 4.4: hangs during installation

The last line of the debug output (attached) appears when I click cancel.
The installer CANCEL button "presses", after a few seconds the
RtlpWaitForCriticalSection error appears and continues to appear periodically
afterwards.
I have to manually terminate the installer.
