[Bug 36012] OllyDbg 2.x debugger crashes with Wine builtin dbghelp

This also reproduces with x32dbg, which is open-source (GPLv3, see
https://github.com/x64dbg/x64dbg ). I.e. when I do `winetricks vcrun2013` to
make it run, it crashes after an attempt to load x32dbg.exe as inferior. Then
`winetricks dbghelp` makes it work, similarly to OllyDbg-2.01.
