I went to
https://www.homedesignersoftware.com/products/trial.html?product=suite and
requested a trial.

I got an email back with a product key and a download link.  I downloaded the
Windows version, and got an msi file with the same sha1sum as the one I've been
testing against, which we got when we purchased the product.

So, hopefully you can reproduce my issue.
