[Bug 26975] configure can't find OSSv4 (both Wine and OSSv4 is current from git and mercurial respectively)

Oh and here is some of configure output(full output in attachment):
checking for _oss_ioctl in -lossaudio... no
checking for oss_sysinfo... no
configure: OSS sound system found but too old (OSSv4 needed), OSS won't be
supported.
