This bisected regression is still present in wine-1.3.11
The terminal output is still the same:

fixme:d3d:swapchain_init Add OpenGL context recreation support to
context_validate_onscreen_formats
err:d3d:wined3d_unregister_window Window 0x60096 is not registered with
wined3d.
