Failed FsUsbExService, No existing FsUsbExDevice

Hi,
   I am trying install Samsung (NPS) in wine 1.2 on fedora 13 for i686, and I
am getting the following errors 

1. During Installation : "Failed FsUsbExService, No existing FsUsbExDevice"

2.When I Try to run Application : "File not Found"
