Yep, I understand.  So this path would be valid:
"C:\\users\\freemind\\Desktop\\Test_File2.wav"
but the path the app is actually looking for is not (it has C:\\... twice in
it)
"C:\\users\\freemind\\Desktop\\C:\\users\\freemind\\Desktop\\Test_File2.wav"
