I think it might have to do with overloaded servers due to cataclysm? It hangs at INTERNET_OPTION_SEND/RECEIVE_TIMEOUT 3000, so that would make exactly 5 mins for a timeout... It hangs right now, but earlier this evening it worked without issues.
