I do not get the error you are describing. However, I can also not run Epic Games Launcher (same as in bug 41258). Seems like Epic updated the launcher to a newer UE4 version.
Based on this shouldnt this bug be marked as dupe of bug 41258? I just today tested epic launcher in clean wineprefix (default win7 windows) and I don't see any crash (see the title of this bug) but I experienced bug 41258.
