Note that there's support for configuring IE proxy settings in Wine now (wine
control -> Internet Settings -> Connections). These settings are used
automatically for apps built against wininet. Apps built against winhttp have
to implement this themselves by calling WinHttpGetIEProxyConfigForCurrentUser.
