Downloaded the installer.

Windows version to Windows 7
winetricks dotnet4

This is the error I get when starting.

Unhandled exception: unimplemented function ntdll.dll.NtCreateWaitablePort
called in 32-bit code (0x7bc57a61).

I would stay the MSXML2::XMLHTTP40 has been fixed.  Someone can create a bug
for the missing function if they want to.
