[Bug 14181] Mouse position in Steam tray menu is incorrect

I'm not sure if it's due to a Steam update or a Wine update, but the arrow-key
workaround no longer works for me.  When I try to use the arrows on the
system-tray icon's right click menu, the menu closes.
