[Bug 4355] WMP10 setup fails due to unimplemented functions

Installing WMP9 first (both 98SE-2000 and XP versions) does not help.  The 
WMP10 installer finishes without crashing, but it says the installation 
failed, and when I run WMP, it is at version 9.
