Log from apitrace replay

Added a log from apitrace replay under wine.

At least to me it seems like "d3d11_immediate_context_DispatchIndirect" and/or
"d3d11_immediate_context_DrawIndexedInstancedIndirect" are the problem, but I
could be completely wrong here.
