Bugzilla is not a contest for best bug description, it's a user-friendly tool
to help developers. If the user files a valid bug but does not describe it
properly, theres no need to make them file another.

And yes, a lot of bugs you close as invalid could just as well be refined.
Discussion is moot, I filed bug #30184 anyway.
