BizAgi Process Modeler standard error

With wine-1.1.32-539-gab081aa, after running winetricks dotnet20 and installing
the BizAgi Process Modeler, launching the application yields a .NET unhandled
exception dialog box with:

System.IO.IsolatedStorage.IsolatedStorageException: Unable to create the store
directory. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131468)
