I can confirm this. Wine 1.3.19, Ubuntu 10.10 64bit.
But it's not easily tested, it happens on random, but always in te moment when the level should start.
I can also confirm this bug and it is not random, it happens when the menu with the "restart mission" or "Do you want to continue a previous game or start a new one?". So if you fail a misson you won't have sound on it again because every time you start it, the menu appears offering you to continue or start a new game.
