[Bug 31674] Wine 1.5.6 breaks Quicken 99 import of .qif files; special text character handling problem

Installed the i586 version of OpenSuse 12.2 on an Intel machine, worked around
this problem.  Imports .qifs correctly with i586.  This bug appears to be
limited to the x64 version of OpenSuse 12.2.  Maybe a library incompatibility?
