[Bug 9619] Winecfg audio tab crashes wine, midi does not work

One problem per report please. Can you file a separate bug for winecfg
crashing? For both problems, please include what Linux distro you are using,
what sound card you have and what driver you're using (ALSA? OSS?)

Also, is there a reason you put Macintosh/Mac OS X in the Hardware and OS
fields, respectively?
