Not for me, I'm still hanging, with

err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x7bc8cf80 "rtl.c: peb_lock" wait
timed out in thread 001a, blocked by 001c, retrying (60 sec)

on a lot of apps.  Ow, ow, ow, ow.
