It was a clean WINEPREFIX
It needs the `ntdll-wine-frames` patch, otherwise it won't start

Ups. I forgot to tell when it worked. It's this one:

I don't know how to make it work without dotnet461. To me, it complains that
dotnet framework is not installed.
