Your log contains:

winevdm: Cannot start DOS application D:\install.exe
         because the DOS memory range is unavailable.
         Try running this application with DOSBox.

Did you try using DOSBox and/or following the instructions in
http://wiki.winehq.org/PreloaderPageZeroProblem ?
