Upgrading my video drivers fixed this:
Invalid, not a Wine bug. Closing.
Hi Dmitry, The video driver I used to correct this bug is a "beta" or "testing" driver. Are you able to tell is this bug was caused by 1) the too aggressive use of new functions in a "Test" drivers or 2) the correction of a defect in the "general release" driver. If the answer is 1), then wine needs to back off of using "testing" functions and revert to "general release" functions.
