[Bug 22372] a 16bit DOS application doesn't receive keyboard input

Dosbox is not the solution for this particular use case, as one of the
applications involved in the process is a win16 application for windows 3.x (it
draws some charts) which is launched from a DOS application.

However, it doesn't matter anyway as win16 support now seems to have been
broken in Wine on Linux for some time, so we now run this application on WinXP
in VirtualBox. Thanks for your help.
