[Bug 32119] mIRC 7.27 crashes winebrowser trying to open a URL

i think we already determined it wasn't a regression so is that link even
valid?  it's a problem with my wine installation.  if i rename ~/.wine to
~/.wine-old and reinstall mIRC, it creates a new ~/.wine and i am able to open
URLs fine....
