One more detail. Right now, I'm running Xquartz 2.4.0 RC1 (with fix for bug 287, which I reported; see http://xquartz.macosforge.org/trac/ticket/287). It's been about a week and nobody has said anything about this bug. I understand that Wine users on Mac OS are far and few between, but come on! By the way, I changed the version against which I reported the bug. Happy now, vitamin?
