The Store page remains black. I don't know what causes this but the issue got
introduced a while ago. I read about the same issue from many Windows users who
reported this in many comments on the web. Therefore I can't say if it's a
Steam problem or something else. :-(

Do we want a new bug report for the black store page or can anyone figure out
what is causing this?
