[Bug 38191] None of the jqueryui widgets work correctly in wine-gecko

Fortunately CloudFlare no longer blocks wine iexplore, so http://jqueryui.com
can be accessed directly.

On Wine v2.9, some of the widgets are working e.g. Accordion, Autocomplete,
Button, Controlgroup.
