[Bug 42623] Changing current dir ~/.wine crashes Far Manager

I just tested it with macOS 10.14.2/wine-devel-4.0-rc1/Far-3.0-5199-x64 - it
still happens!

But running Far with "/w-" (disabling WindowMode) Wine does not crash and Far
only complains it's unable to find the path and continues. This is also true
with the latest build of Far (5339).
