[Bug 24704] Projected shadows do not appear in Lemony Snicket and other Unreal 2.x games.

I tried again with blob shadows enabled and disabled, but didn't see any
difference. I'm running the full version of ut2003 afaik. I'm fairly certain
I'm not running any proprietary, or other special drivers, just mesa.
