Does the patch from https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=25790 help? If yes, this issue can be marked as duplicate. There is no need to keep three or more bug reports about incorrect button WM_CTLCOLOR* messages. ;)
The download links are unfortunately no longer valid, but an older version (sha1: 669f160e03864a5850e71e20d90ff89297b95163) seems to be affected by the same issue.
