Black screen with cursor artifacts

As OP, a temporary fix that lasts until next restart, is to change display card
settings. EE GOG Edition, Mac OS X 10.13.6 wine-4.21 (Staging).

I have seen someone mention how EE handles framebuffer versus how Wine does it,
but I cannot seem to find that reference right now.
