[Bug 33993] Microsoft Jet fails to install

The version of MS Jet the OR is trying to install (Jet40Sp3_comp.exe) is not
the same as the one installed by winetricks (jet40sp8_9xnt.exe), so even if
winetricks worked, it might not be a fair test.

That said, I also get the error about dao2535.tlb in plain 1.7.32, from both
winetricks and from running Jet40Sp3_comp.exe directly. In both cases
msjet40.dll is installed in system32, but dao2535.tlb is not installed
anywhere.
