When run in xp mode (to work around bug
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=46281) it shows a messagebox; See
screenshot.

Adding stub seems to be enough to get it a bit further; then runs into another
messagebox about missing stringtable or the like.

I attach patch hereafter
