Update: I've continued testing this bug in recent versions of WINE (1.7.2,
1.7.3, 1.7.4, 1.7.5, 1.7.6), and the bug is still continuing to appear.

The only fix so far has been to use WINE 1.7.1 with the CSMT patches from
Stefan Dösinger.
